好討厭的PMS又來了

這陣子的心情超差, 我猜又是我的PMS作怪....

工作中還好, 一下班無事好做人就開始down起來了.不想回家卻提不起勁隨街亂逛, 回到家心裏又感到很困局, 很辛苦...想去走走透透氣但身體卻不聽使喚死蛇爛鱔般動不了...總之人就很頽廢!

頽廢中就會想很多事, 一如以往想來想去還是想那件事...覺得喘不過氣, 卻也控制不了還是繼續想...越想人越down; 總覺得生活很不如意, 有很多理想生活的想法但卻無法實踐..然後借"睡"來使自己不用去想...所以不斷的想去睡....這是我一貫逃避煩惱的方法....

大概你看到這裡會覺得我人很"淹悶", 是"自己攞黎衰", 我也這麼想...........用漫畫方法去形容,現在的我就像有大團灰雲包著, 是一個孤獨精, 別人不會走來我也不想接觸人.....也許我怕我去找人陪但被人拒絕的時候我會更加跌入谷底, 所以多數不敢提出........

基本上我每個PMS都是這樣過的.....

現在只盼望這段時間天氣會好一點, 經驗所得PMS加上爛天氣人是會更糟的....
